Wisconsin: Tow Truck Driver Fortunate to Survive Being Hit by Car
One man who went out to help during a recent snow storm almost did not make it back. Tow truck driver Todd Menzel was working at the scene of an accident when he was struck by a motorist who drove between a police car and the tow truck.
