Connecticut: New Britain Officer Struck By Stolen Car Heads Home

Brett Morgan, the New Britain police officer badly injured Jan. 19 when he was struck, run over and dragged by a stolen car, was released Thursday from an area rehabilitation hospital, Chief James Wardwell said.
