Ohio: Witnesses Rush to Help Officer Hit by Car
An auxiliary police officer was hit by a car while he was directing traffic Wednesday morning on Lee Road outside of Maple Heights High School. Police have not released the name of the officer, who was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. Maple Heights Police Lieutenant James Kracker said his injuries are not life-threatening.
