Maryland: Condition Improving for Trooper Hit During Traffic Stop

While she’s not out of the woods yet, the condition of the Maryland State Police trooper hit by a car during a traffic stop earlier this month is improving. Trooper Jacqueline Kline has been upgraded to serious condition after more than a week in critical condition.
