Houston PD Office Hit by Car

Heavy rain and slick roads contributed to an accident that sent a Houston police officer to the hospital Friday. Miguel Rosario had stopped to check on a minor accident involving two vehicles on the 59/Eastex Freeway near the Beltway. One car hydroplaned and crashed into another.
