Utah to Arm Troopers With Road Signs: 'Slow Down'

Utah troopers are practically begging people to steer clear of them when they make traffic stops or respond to accidents. The Utah Highway Patrol is ordering 350 portable road signs that read, "Slow Down: Crash Ahead."
