California: Unaware Driver Hits Roadside Tow Truck

A car crash is under investigation tonight after a tow truck driver was hit while at the scene of a rollover crash. The incident happened on highway 101 just north of the Gaviota Rest Area. Tow truck driver Richard Reeder, of Santa Ynez, was removing the overturned car from the roadway when he was struck.
