Delaware: According to Police Man Killed by Officer was Fugitive

Erik Turnbull, 32, was shot about 4:20 p.m. Thursday on Cheswold Boulevard outside the Harbor Club Apartments. Police say two officers fired at Turnbull -- described as “the suspect in the investigation” -- after he rammed one officer’s car and tried to ram a second as he fled instead of stopping as ordered.
