Delaware Rep. Bennett Charged With 2nd DUI

State Rep. Brad Bennett was arrested on a DUI charge in Wilmington after sideswiping a police car and leaving the scene Sunday, city police said today. This is the Dover Democrat’s second DUI arrest since October 2010.
