Metro Nashville-Davidson County Officer Hit Saturday by Vehicle Reportedly Alert and Recovering

The Metro Police officer who was struck by a vehicle early Saturday while directing traffic at a crash scene on Murfreesboro Pike, is continuing to recover from injuries according to the department. Officer Brent Hoadley is alert and communicating with his family at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after being hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
