Chester County, SC Deputy Struck at Lowrys Christmas Parade

A Chester County Sheriff's Office deputy was hit by a car while directing traffic after the Lowrys Christmas parade Saturday, officials say. Deputy Randall Marsh, 43, of Chester was taken to Chester Regional Medical Center where he was treated.
