California Highway Patrol Officer Nearly Struck by Motorist in Vacaville

A California Highway Patrol officer had a close brush with a big rig Monday after the driver of the semi swiped the front of the patrol car as it was parked on a freeway on-ramp in southern Vacaville, authorities said.
