Crash Damages Missouri Fire Truck
A Carthage fire truck is out of service and officials don’t know when it will be available after a traffic crash on Monday on U.S. Highway 71.
Carthage Fire Chief Chris Thompson said Engine 612 served its purpose and protected other emergency workers at the scene of another, two-vehicle crash near the northbound U.S. 71 bridge over Spring River north of the Missouri 171 interchange.
