Houston, TX Fire Truck Bursts into Flames; Officer Securing Scene Nearly Hit by Passing Vehicle

It was a chaotic scene in southwest Houston late Wednesday after a fire truck burst into flames and a deputy constable trying to secure the scene was nearly hit by a passing vehicle, according to authorities.
