Louisville Metro Officer Struck by Car at I-71/I-65 Ramp

A Louisville Metro Police officer who was struck by a car and pinned against a guardrail was rescued by a Good Samaritan who used his truck to rescue him. It happened on a ramp onto Interstate 65 near hospital curve around 9:45 Monday morning.
