Indianapolis Officer Taken to Hospital After Hit and Run Accident

Metro Police have identified the officer injured in an apparent hit and run accident on the east side. They say Officer Ryan Archer, a 3 year veteran of IMPD suffered head injuries after his squad car was hit by another driver.
