Florida Highway Patrol: Hit-and-Run Semi Strikes Trooper's Car on I-95

Florida Highway Patrol troopers are looking for the hit-and-run driver of a semi-tractor trailer who rammed the big rig into the back of the trooper's car this morning in Volusia County. FHP Sgt. Kim Montes said the crash happened while Sgt. Jeffrey Holmes prepared to shut down Interstate 95 because smoke and fog had greatly reduced visibility in the roadway.
