Woman Strikes Connecticut Repo Man with Car, Goes for Joyride
A woman who struck a tow truck driver and took her car for a joyride moments before the repo man was about to hook it up, was arrested Wednesday night after she arrived at police headquarters and tried to push past police and jump back into the car, police said.
