Habitual Drunken Driver Accused of Colliding With North Carolina Trooper While Impaired Again

Loretta Presley has a history of impaired driving and on Wednesday morning she sideswiped a marked Highway Patrol cruiser while driving drunk, according to a warrant affidavit. Presley struck the patrol car of Trooper T.E. Dellinger at 12:21 a.m. on U.S. 74 in Gastonia.
