Ohio State Police Cruiser Struck; Trooper to Hospital

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving three vehicles, one an OSP cruiser. Trooper Jaysen Kelly was parked behind another car he had stopped with his emergency lights on when he was struck by another vehicle.
