Minnesota Tow Truck Driver Hit on I-90 in Winona County

A tow truck driver was hit by a truck on Interstate 90 Monday morning while he worked to pull a vehicle out of a ditch. The accident happened just east of the Winona exit on westbound I-90 at around 8:30 a.m.
