Indiana Trooper to Undergo Second Surgery; Struck During Toll Road Traffic Stop Attempt

Indiana State Police Trooper George Hornsby will undergo a second surgery for injuries he received as a speeding car struck him Monday night on the Indiana Toll Road while he tried to deploy stop sticks.
