2nd Serious Violation of New York "Move Over" Law

On Thursday, Linda M. Brandel of North Tonawanda, drove her car so closely alongside Niagara County Sheriff Deputy Sean Furey's Crown Victoria police vehicle, that she hit his front wheel. Deputy Furey was parked facing eastbound on Robinson Road in the Town of Lockport for a traffic stop.
