Allegedly Drunk Driver Nearly Hits Vernon, Connecticut Police Officer At Accident Scene

A teacher's aide at an East Hartford magnet school faces drunken driving charges after nearly striking a Vernon police officer directing traffic at an accident scene early today, police said.
