Hearing Set For Man Accused of Michigan Officer's Hit-and-Run Death

A pretrial hearing for Nino Edward Delpiano, who is accused in the hit-and-run death of Taylor police Auxiliary Lt. Dan Kromer, has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Dec. 3 before Wayne County Circuit Judge Linda Parker.
