Ohio Trooper Struck on I-75

Two crashes closed down I-75 northbound for several hours overnight. The first crash took place near the Benchwood exit where a semi truck hit another vehicle sending it into the barrier wall, then the semi took off. While troopers were out investigating that accident, a car lost control and struck a trooper's vehicle, causing yet another vehicle to crash.
