Man Who Nearly Hit Alabama Trooper Arrested; Had Rolling Meth Lab

Police report that 27-year-old Allen Malcolm Steinke faces a charge of first-degree manufacturing a controlled service. Baldwin County sheriff's spokesman Maj. Anthony Lowery says Steinke was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer around 11:30 p.m. Sunday when he almost hit a state trooper's car.
