Pennsylvania: Man to Plead Guilty to Reckless Driving; Allegedly Hit Road Worker

A Bethlehem man who allegedly grew impatient with delays at an accident scene and was charged with hitting a road worker with his car after he tried to barrel past the traffic will plead guilty to reckless driving, according to testimony at a hearing Monday.
