Florida Police: School Bus Hits Tow Truck; Driver Flees

A Deltona school bus driver struck a tow truck and left the scene of the crash, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. Luis Almodovar, 64, was found with the help of school transportation staff who tracked his bus through a global positioning system onboard, a sheriff's report states.
