Canadian Police Officer Hit by a Truck in Maple Ridge

A Ridge Meadows Mountie is recovering in hospital after getting hit by a pickup truck. It happened Sunday night when police were doing traffic control along 104th Avenue and 240th Street in Maple Ridge. Staff Sergeant Roxanne Dowden says police were directing traffic because there was a structural fire.
