Alabama Driver Strikes Patrol Vehicle

Madison County Investigators say a man who plowed into one of their patrol cars this morning was not only drunk, he's also an illegal immigrant. It happened a little before one Wednesday Morning on Memorial Parkway, just north of Winchester Road.
