Ohio Trooper's Cruiser Rear-Ended On I-71 Ramp

An Ohio State trooper was hospitalized Wednesday after his cruiser was struck by another car. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the trooper was stopped on the ramp from Kings Mills Road to southbound Interstate 71 when his cruiser was struck from behind.
