8th Offense OWI Driver Nearly Hits Wisconsin State Trooper

On July 30, 2010 at approximately 8:21 PM, a trooper stopped a 34-year old male subject after he almost hit the Trooper head-on. The Trooper arrested the driver, Jamie C. Ovalle for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - 8th offense and two warrants.
