Scott's Law in Illinois
Illinois State Police District 13 issued a total of 48 citations and 28 written warnings in June in Franklin County, as a result of the Give'Em a Brake Zone (GABZ) construction project, Capt. Michael Irwin, District 13 commander, announced.
