Illinopis Construction Worker Struck by Car

Douglas A. Johnson, 55, of 550 Jones Drive was cited for failure to stop for flagger in a construction area. Bartlett Police responded to the crash site at West Bartlett Road and the private drive of the Spring Lakes Mobile Home Estates around 8:40 a.m. Police alleged that Johnson hit a 44-year-old female construction worker when he drove his black Ford Taurus eastbound onto West Bartlett from the private drive.
