Australian Officer Fires at Car to Avoid Being Hit

A DETECTIVE has fired a shot to avoid being run down by a stolen car at Bourke in western NSW. Just after 6pm (AEST) on Saturday the officer was driving along Tarcoon Street when he spotted a red Holden Commodore utility stopped in the middle of the road.
