Woman Who Struck Brooklyn Heights Police Officer Pleads No Contest, Pays $261: Officer Disabled for Life
The woman who struck a Brooklyn Heights police officer on an icy highway appeared in court Monday. Kathryn Dagostino, 30, of Sagamore Hills Township, pleaded no contest in Parma Municipal Court and was found guilty of failure to control her vehicle. She paid a $150 fine and $111 in court costs.
