Texas Police Officer in Serious Condition After Being Struck

Lubbock Police Officer Phillip Neal Brumley, a Police Captain, was riding a bicycle on Slide Road, about two miles south of the county line between Lubbock and Lynn County, when he was hit by a vehicle.
