Person Does Not Recall Striking Iowa Officer

The state rested its case Tuesday afternoon in the trial of a man accused of running over a Des Moines police officer.

Elvin Redmond claimed he couldn’t recall hitting a Des Moines police squad car and running over a Des Moines police officer just hours after the incident happened last October.
