Florida Suspect Who Hit Police Officer, Led Cops on Wild Chase is Arrested in His Underwear

A suspect with three outstanding warrants for his arrest hit an officer in Daytona Beach and led cops on a high-speed chase by car – and eventually by foot – before he was taken into custody wearing only his underwear.
