Driver In Florida Trooper Crash Negative For Drugs/Alcohol

The Florida Highway Patrol announced it had completed initial toxicology tests of blood and urine from 19-year-old Jonathan Garcia. Garcia was driving the car that hit Trooper Patrick Ambroise's car that burst into flames killing Ambroise. Initial tests showed Garcaia has no drugs or alcohol in his system.
