West Virginia Deputy Continues to Recover From Hit-and-Run
A hearing for a man accused of driving a vehicle that hit a Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department deputy in February was postponed for a second time on Wednesday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court. Wiley was charged with fleeing while driving under the influence in a hit-and-run on Feb. 13 involving Deputy Thomas Carroll.
