Tennessee Fire Engine Struck by Car

On Saturday April 24th, City of Brentwood Fire & Rescue in Brentwood Tennessee Engine 1 and Rescue 1 responded to Interstate 65 for a MVA during heavy rain fall and severe storms. As the Engineer placed the apparatus in the position of protecting the scene from the traffic, A 21 year old driving a mustang struck the Engine at an estimated 70-75 MPH.
