Witness Describes Watching Lopez, Texa Hit Officer with SUV

Testimony continued Tuesday morning in the capital murder trial of Daniel Lopez, a man accused of killing Lt. Stuart Alexander while trying to flee from police. Officer Cruz describes watching Daniel Lopez hit Lt. Stuart Alexander with his SUV, and says he believes Lopez deliberately swerved in order to hit the officer.
