West Virginia Tow Truck Driver Hit While Trying to Help Stranded Vehicle

A tow truck driver received multiple leg injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 77. The accident occurred Friday afternoon near mile marker one when the driver of a Honda Accord slide into a tow truck operator who was attempting to help another vehicle that was stuck in the median.
