South Carolina Deputy OK After Being Struck and Dragged by Car

Being dragged then thrown from a car was apparently just another day in the life for one Charleston County sheriff's deputy. Thomas Quinn was back on the job Friday after he was down for the count Thursday following an incident in Ladson.
