Arkansas Major Accident Could Have Been Worse

It happened Sunday morning. Arkansas State Troopers responded to a vehicle collision on I-430 between Cantrell Road and the Arkansas River. Moments after they arrived, a pick-up truck smashed into a state police car parked at the scene. That car then slammed into a fire truck.
