New York Man Sentenced to 5 Years in DWI Accident That Claimed Officer's Life

Nearly 15 months after a drunken Patrick Fitzgerald hit and killed a police officer, a Broome County sheriff's deputy saw an apparently intoxicated Fitzgerald getting out of the back seat of a vehicle.
