Minnesota Trooper Recounts Thanksgiving Hit-and-Run Scare

Minnesota State trooper Sam Catlin had a lot to be thankful for Thursday after his overnight patrol shift. Catlin was parked on U.S. 52 north of Rochester early Thursday morning, in the process of arresting an impaired driver, when a 25-year-old Rochester woman sideswiped his patrol car.
