Wisconsin Driver in High-Speed Chase Faces Several Charges

On Saturday, October 3, 2009, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper attempted to stop a vehicle on Interstate 94 in Eau Claire County for a violation of the "move over law."
